If You Like TV, You’ll Love TV.com
TV.com gives you a 360° view of your favorite shows with episode streams, news, information and a community layer. Despite having success with users, the perception of the brand was weak and needed to be refreshed.
Working with department heads from CBS Interactive’s Lifestyle & Entertainment group, we defined the TV.com mission statement, voice and personality. Using these as our guide, we refined the mark, created usage guidelines and pitched three campaign concepts to them.
The chosen direction was based on the premise that everyone, even celebrities, like to talk about their favorite shows. It featured candid statements from TV stars, athletes, chefs, singers, etc. and TV.com users side-by-side.
